I recently purchased a black half-sleeve shirt and size 30 cargo pants from Groovy Street, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I acknowledge that ordering the wrong size was my mistake, the subsequent customer service ordeal made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating.

Upon realizing that the cargo pants were too small, I reached out to their customer service on Instagram, only to be met with delayed responses. When I finally managed to contact them via phone, I was informed that I would need to cover half the return shipping costs—a reasonable request, which I was willing to comply with. However, the return process itself turned into a logistical nightmare. They initially assured me that they would arrange for the return pickup, but due to inefficiencies on their end, the pickup never materialized, causing unnecessary delays and confusion.

Adding to my dissatisfaction was the unprofessional demeanor of their representative, who repeatedly addressed me as “bro” instead of maintaining a professional and respectful tone. Such casual and unrefined customer interaction is highly unbefitting of a company that aspires to be taken seriously.

The quality of the garments was equally disappointing. The shirt had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, necessitating an immediate wash, while the cargo pants—despite their incorrect size—did not feel premium in any way. Given the exasperating return process and subpar quality, I ultimately chose to give the cargo pants away rather than continue dealing with their inefficient system.

In conclusion, Groovy Street falls short on multiple fronts—poor customer service, sluggish delivery, and mediocre clothing quality. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them, as the hassle simply isn’t worth it.
