Cancellation?

Order can only be cancelled within 24 of placing the order after that the order will not be cancelled

  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unused
  • In the original packaging

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON- REPLACABLE?

  • Free gifts or promotional items or items on sale

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR REPLACEMENT?

  • Sorry! we do NOT have a REFUND policy. You can opt for a replacement in the same size if the product is defected.
  • There is no charge for replacement if there is a manufacturing defect. We want to give you a great buying experience. To ensure best last mile experience, we have tied up with some great delivery partners. Naturally, we have certain costs that are associated with the delivery that we provide nationwide. That is a service we are happy to provide to enable you to access the new and innovative products that we make with care for you. When you choose to replace your order, we hope you keep in mind our genuine efforts and endeavor to ensure the best buying experience.
  • You are responsible for return shipping in case you want to get another size. You can ship the return shipment yourself if you would like to. For your convenience, we also provide return pick-up facility for a fee of Rs150/- This delivery charge is for hygiene purposes as we have to get the article sanitized and dry cleaned.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • You have to share an image of the product in the condition it was received
  • You will get a confirmation email with ticket number
  • Our team will reach out to you with a response on the status of your return request within 36 working hours

 

- Wrong size received

  • If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
  • If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
